So helpful!!! Haden was a very kind and helpful. He took his time to support us to understand how to fix a paint issue and had a great attitude. I will come back to this auto barn for all my car needs because of this experience. Thank you so much

These people have no intend to be honest, make empty promises to their customers. Do not deal with them, you get mixed answered so it suit their needs only. Terrible customer service !!!!!

OMG! Ferntree Gully Auto Barn what a shamble of a place. 45 mins waiting to purchase 1 packet of screws- thrown on counter and walked out. 3 personal/Staff in this shop and only one serving... Never again or maybe if i want to take a picnic lunch with me to rest while waiting for Service. No Stars, pissed i have to put one to put my view across

This store was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. I needed a new globe for my headlight and Hayden was extremely helpful and also fitted it for me. Thank you and I can highly recommend Autobarn Ferntree Gully.

Always my No.1 car parts store! It's rare to find that level of service like this. Massive shoutout to Patrick - dude is a rockstar. I was clueless about installing a headlight on my Ford Territory, but he spent time to not only find the right part, but also helped me install it. You're in good hands here, folks! Won't be the last time I swing by. Highly recommend!

absolutely terrible experience at auto barn ferntree gully. i went in to buy new headlights and get them fitted and i got ripped off and they didn’t even change my headlights nor give me the ones i bought. will never be going back here.

Gorgeous young man helped me today (sorry I didn’t catch his name)! Sourced my headlight globes and taught me how to change them! All while the rain was pouring! Thankyou! Brilliant service!
